  8. Siapkan Katsuobushi (ikan serut cakalang).
  9. Tambahkan 200 ml Air.
  10. Siapkan Saori saus teriyaki.

Cara mengolah Takoyaki simple

  4. Beri minyak dgn kuas, kemudian isi tiap lubang, masukkan potongan otak2, daun bawang, isi hingga penuh..

  5. Balik2 sebentar2 biar bulat2.

  6. Masak hingga kecoklatan. Atur si piring, teteskan saori diatas nya kemudian taburi katsuobushi. Kalau mau pedas cocol dengan sambal.
